Food preservation is about more than stretching a grocery budget (although it certainly helps with that!)—it’s about creating stability and peace of mind. On Day 4, I’ll guide you through:

- How to save hundreds on groceries by preserving foods you love - and will actually use.
- Building a resilient pantry that can carry you through tough times, whether it’s a busy work week or a long-term setback.
Day 5: Becoming Your Family’s Home Herbalist
Don’t let the word herbalist scare you. Herbal remedies have been used for centuries to help with everything from the common cold to managing stress. Together we’ll cover:
- A universal blueprint for using herbs in your home safely and effectively.
- My personal herbal protocol that I use in my own home with my 11 kids.
- The remedies I always have stocked in my herbal medicine cabinet.
